Suretech Hospital and Research Centre, a nursing training institute in Nagpur, Maharashtra which use to run an electricity bill of close to Rs 15 lakh annually, based on the current tariff, approached Mytrah Energy (India) Pvt. Ltd for rooftop solar installation.
Mytrah Energy here announced the completion of the 103.5kWp rooftop solar project. This will help reduce the hospital’s electricity bill and will lower the average room temperature by 2-3 degrees Celsius in the summer.
This solar project is based on the OPEX (Operational Expenditure) or RESCO (renewable energy service company) model whereby Suretech has not invested in the installation but will pay the charges based on the electricity consumption.
Mytrah will provide maintenance service for the plant for the next 25 years. This project will help Suretech to meet its power needs through green energy plus a savings on electricity bill.
