BMW has stepped up its game by launching its sleek E-Scooter later this year.
The BMW E-Scooter was designed in cooperation with Micro (inventor of the Micro Scooter) and will be available in three models.
The flagship E-Scooter has a range of twelve kilometers (7.5 miles), a top speed of 20 km/h (12 mph), and weighs 9 kilograms (20 lbs).
It will be priced at approx. US$895 (Rs.60K).
It boasts two separate braking systems, embedded front and rear lights, and can fold easily, with the 150-watt motor and lithium-ion battery tucked away in the footplate and rear wheel.
The scooter takes two hours to fully charge and has a polished, clean and minimalist look.
The E-Scooter is accompanied by two additional motorless models: the BMW City Scooter and BMW Kids Scooter.
