Suzlon Group, India’s renewable energy behemoth, has received its second order for the 3 MW product series, signing a contract with Juniper Green Energy Private Limited for a 69.3 MW wind power project in Gujarat.

The Surendra Nagar district project will have 22 wind turbine generators, each with a capacity of 3.15 MW, and is expected to be completed in 2024.
This is the first order for Suzlon’s biggest turbine in the 3 MW series, the S144-140m with a 3.15 MW rating. Suzlon will supply the turbines, supervise installation and commissioning, and offer extensive operations and maintenance services following completion.
